About this session
The Blenheim Arpley Estate Residents Association in Penge would love our help at their community garden, with some painting (so don't wear your best trainers!) In the unlikely event it's raining - don't worry there's plenty of weeding and other help we can give.
We'll meet at the Bridge House as usual, and at about 7pm take a gentle run to the task together. Or let us know you'll meet us at the garden at the end of Evelina Road here
Please bring gardening gloves if you can. New to GoodGym? Great! Just look out for the people in red, for a warm welcome.
What to look out for

Dark task
The area you are working in may be in darkness which could cause a risk of trips or concealed hazards.
This is a GoodGym group run, with the option of walking too. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run or walk to the task together. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us by email at crystalpalace@goodgym.org.
Options are available to run between 2km and 4km in total.
Remember that we will be running or walking to and from the task, so you'll only be running or walking for half this distance in one go.
