About this session

The Task

The Friends group say: "Carbuncle Passage is one of London’s Lost Rivers; a concrete covered section of the Moselle River. It provides an excellent connection from the Tottenham High Road (at Scotland Green) to the Tottenham Marshes, via Hartington Park and the Tottenham Marshes bridges. It is a neglected and unloved space; fly tipping, littering and dog fouling are common. The threat of more serious crime, both real and perceived, is a barrier to residents using this space or as a route to access Tottenham Marshes"

Join us as we bring colour to this part of North London. Bring clothes that you won't mind getting a bit of paint on them!

The Run*

Today's run will be on the long side - a cool 4K one way. Join us for a party-paced run, aiming to get to the task for 7:10. Or, alternatively, you can meet us there. Message me for details.

The Social*
