For this session we're going to meet at the task, so you'll need to make your own way there. We encourage you to walk, run, or cycle to do so!
Good Gym have worked with Bow and Bethnal Green foodbanks many time in the past and they've asked for our help again with their Monday morning session which involves sorting donations , packing fish, veg, meat and kids bags, distributing bags to client, queue control and generally helping out with any tasks the session leader might give you.
There will be no good gym task force member present of the day but the session will be lead by a volunteer session leader and there will be other volunteers not just from Good Gym. Once you arrive at the door (use the entrance off Bonner Road) you will see the volunteers in the main room and make yourself known to them to sign in and be assigned tasks.
"We believe abundance and not scarcity, we believe in being good stewards and sharing this abundance and we believe in Bethnal Green."

This is a GoodGym community mission. When we're doing a community mission we make our own way to the task, so you can choose to walk, run, or cycle. Thinking of cycling - check out our FAQs
