About this session

โœ”๏ธ The Task:

  • Ranger Jon has a perfect job for us this week: mulching newly planted whips in the park. Plenty of steps and shovel action guaranteed!

๐Ÿ’ก What do I need to know?

  • We are meeting in a public, well-lit space
  • The task itself will be in an otherwise unlit park - we will go there together
  • No one is left alone or left behind - we'll stick together as a group
  • We bring work lights and spare head lamps where possible

  • Please bring a head torch if you have one
  • Gloves and tools will be provided

  • Walk straight to Walpole Park to meet runners at Ealing War Memorial

The area you are working in may be in darkness which could cause a risk of trips or concealed hazards.

This is a GoodGym group run, with the option of walking too. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run or walk to the task together. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Kash by email at kash@goodgym.org.

Options are available to run between 1km and 2km in total.

Remember that we will be running or walking to and from the task, so you'll only be running or walking for half this distance in one go.
