About this session
Tonight we're off to Strand on the Green school to help out with various tasks - jobs are yet to be confirmed but will probably involved working in the school's secret garden. A headtorch or light source would be really helpful! We'll also try and squeeze in a fun fitness session.
What to look out for
Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.
This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Anastasia Hancock (she/her) by email at ana@goodgym.org.
The total distance of this group run is 4km.
Remember that we will be running to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.

Location
here's space to change and leave bags and toilets. We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk. Participants accept full responsibility for items stored at Chiswick Town Hall, and Chiswick Town Hall and GoodGym will not be held liable for any losses or damages

I've ben keeping an eye on the weather all day and it's set to be pretty grim tonight, with below zero temperatures, the possibility of snow and freezing rain. I've consulted your lovely Taskforce who agree that it's not in anybody's interest to get that cold and wet, and given the conditions it may not be sensible. The task owner says that they're happy to reschedule. Apologies for any inconvenience, but look out for missions this weekend and a task at Chiswick House community garden next week!
