About this session
GoodGym is a community of people who get fit by doing good - combining exercise and volunteering. The community have done 426,482 good deeds, completed 68,000+ group sessions to help community projects and ran over 6 million kilometres together.
We'll be meeting outside Marble Arch Station where we'll do a warm up and run 2.7km to Trafalgar Square to hand out food to the homeless in collaboration with Rhythm Of Life. The team at Rhythm Of Life will give us an intro on what we need to and will be available if anyone has any questions.
Once the task is done, we'll run back to the start point where we can cool down then everyone is free to go home.

If it is your first time coming along you are very welcome - I'm a friendly, inclusive and experienced run leader who will be waiting to say hi and welcome you! All sessions are beginner friendly and no one gets left behind or alone.
What to look out for
Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.
This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us by email at ana@goodgym.org.
Options are available to run between 2km and 5km in total.
Remember that we will be running to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
