Hey GG legends! Fancy running around in circles with a bunch of lovely people? Of course you do!
This week we’re mixing things up with a pyramid interval session: 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 5 - 4 - 3 minutes of running with 90 seconds rest between each one. Yes, it sounds like a lot, but you can do it.
These sessions are brilliant for boosting your speed and stamina, and they pair nicely with your long runs. Plus, it's a great chance for a natter too!
📍 Where? Meet at Approach Road, Bonner Gate, Victoria Park 18:00 7th August.
We will warm up gently, then get going with loops around the small end of the park (the west side — just to the left when you come in).
No pressure, no pace too slow, just good vibes and sweaty high-fives. Come have a go!
