About this session
The Task The wonderful folk at Harmony Garden will have plenty of jobs for us to help us do good while we get fit. We'll run there together at a gentle pace from Blue House Yard, leaving at 6:45 sharp.

Harmony Gardens is a community growing space in the Lordship Recreation Ground in the heart of Tottenham, London borough of Haringey. This hidden gem is a peaceful haven for wildlife and locals alike, with raised beds for growing organic vegetables, fruit trees and wildflowers.
