Hi everyone and welcome to GoodGym Greenwich!
We're a friendly and social group who combine running with volunteering in the local community. We meet every Wednesday to get active and do a physical task for charities and community organisations in the area.
The Task
We will be running about 1km from the station to Glyndon Community Centre where we'll be helping out with odd jobs. This is a perfect run if you're new to GoodGym or new to running. It is also a walkable distance so you are welcome to join us at whatever pace - we never ever leave anyone behind!
Where & When
We meet at 6.45pm for a 7 o'clock start at the Woolwich Elizabeth Line station. The what three words location is ///hears.single.ports. The session will be about 90 minutes in total so we should be all wrapped up by 8.30pm. Please get in touch with Rachel on 07952192005 if you can't find us!
What to bring
Please bring some gloves if you have some and some water, otherwise it's just you.

This is a GoodGym group run, with the option of walking too. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run or walk to the task together. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Rachel Henry by email at rachelhenry@goodgym.org.
