For this session we're going to meet at the task, so you'll need to make your own way there. We encourage you to walk, run, or cycle to do so!
About this session
Hi folks, this is our first task with the Friends of Bostall Gardens who run an annual family fun day and are looking for some extra helping hands to make sure the day runs smoothly.
Jobs to be done will include the following:
Litter picking.
Making tea and coffees.
Selling raffle tickets.
Queue management for the bouncy castle.
The event will run from 12-5pm and we can take it in turns with the jobs that need doing. No need to stay the whole time, just let me know what times you can do in the comments and we can self organise!
You will get a free lunch and refreshments! 🍯
This task supports
Keeping Bostall garden clean and tidy and making it a better place running events etc for the community.
This event is a large family fun day we are looking for volunteers to help on the day, such as setting up, breaking down at the end of the day and going round selling raffle tickets on the day.
