For this session we're going to meet at the task, so you'll need to make your own way there. We encourage you to walk, run, or cycle to do so!
About this session
The Heaton Park volunteers and maintenance group have asked if we can help out with a few tasks over the summer months in the park.
This time, we will be clearing and helping to maintain the footpaths with some path edging - essentially digging along to remove the excess moss and grass growth.
We'll meet at the entrance to the park close to Heaton Park Metrolink stop (M25 1JE) What3words///mess.money.park and run or walk from there to the activity point. There are regular buses and Metrolinks going there from the city centre.
Bring gardening gloves if you have them.
About GoodGym
We're a friendly and social group who combine exercise with helping out in the local community. We meet every week to get active and do a physical task to help the charities and community organisations and projects across the Manchester region.
