TLDR - Litterpick. Meet at the Bridge House at 7 for a run or meet us there at 7:30. Bring gloves if possible.

DETAILS - This week we're supporting national active travel charity Sustrans by helping to maintain an area they look after in Lower Sydenham, right by the station. We'll be provided with pickers and bags and get to work clearing the area as fast as we can.

It's a 3km jog each way, but feel free to meet us there at 7:30pm if you don't fancy a run.

Running with GoodGym Bromley

🏃‍♂️ Whether you're new to running or chasing a marathon PB, you are welcome at GG Bromley! We jog 2-4km to a local non-profit organisation and support them with a physical task.

📍 Every Monday we meet at the Bridge House pub in Penge. There's a space to leave coats and bags.

🕖 We run at 7pm but turn from 6:45pm for a pre-run chat. After doing our good deed we do some fun fitness drills and run back to base for 8:30pm. Sometimes we stick around for a drink!

🧤 Please bring gardening gloves for outdoor tasks if you can.
