About this session
Important Information
The plan is to meet up at the Arsenal Community Hub on Benwell Road, and after a short warm up, health and safety briefing and a warm welcome, we will run together to The Lighthouse Community Centre.

This location is in need of some attention, ready for new residents to move in.
Expected tasks would include:
Clearing the space as best we can
Moving few heavy things around to new locations
Tending to the garden space at the back
So bringing gardening gloves would be a good idea, if possible!

If you are not planning to run with us, our arrival time at Lighthouse Community Centre will be 7.15 - 7.20pm.
After our session, we will aim to arrive back at the Arsenal Community Hub for 8.30pm at the latest.
Things to Note
We are delighted to announce that we now have a bag drop and bathroom facilities for our group runs. Thank you to Arsenal Community Hub for accomodating us!
Please allow enough time to drop bags, as we will be running at 7pm sharp!

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.
This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us by email at getinvolved@goodgym.org.
Options are available to run between 3km and 6km in total.
Remember that we will be running to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.

BAD NEWS! Unfortunately I have to cancel tonight's session. Access to Light of the World isn't possible tonight, as a heavy duty lock was installed during Storm Darragh. The keys that we were given are not working with the new lock, and we are unable to contact our task owners. We will be back next week for a run to Camden Estate Gardens: https://www.goodgym.org/v3/sessions/group-run-camden-estate-community-food-gardens-xmas-edition
