This is a GoodGym group run, with the option of walking too. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run or walk to the task together. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Julia Gleeson (She ) by email at julia@goodgym.org.
Options are available to run between 3km and 5km in total.
Remember that we will be running or walking to and from the task, so you'll only be running or walking for half this distance in one go.
I love the concept of getting physically and mentally fit whilst combining it with helping others. I run most days.
There's space to change and leave bags and toilets. We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk. Participants accept full responsibility for items stored at Splashpoint Leisure Centre, and Splashpoint Leisure Centre and GoodGym will not be held liable for any losses or damages
