About this session

Join us for a special run to celebrate everything achieved by GoodGym so far. To mark the occasion of our founder and CEO Ivo stepping back we're taking a tour of some of the important places that helped make GoodGym what it is.

We'll also do a task at St Hilda's East, the task for the first ever GoodGym group run in 2011. The photo above is from the first ever GoodGym group session.

Meeting point
Meet on the steps of York Hall, where the first ever GoodGym group run met.

Finishing point
We'll end up at Calthorpe Community garden for a few drinks. The total run will be 6.5km with a beak half way for the task.

There will be no bag drop. Come ready to run.

What to look out for

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.

This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us by email at towerhamlets@goodgym.org.

The total distance of this group run is 6km.

Remember that we will be running to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
