About this session

Fancy an evening of spooky running in North London?

Area Activator Simon will be leading an approximate 10km run through Hampstead Heath, starting and finishing at the Bull and Gate pub in Kentish Town.

Running in the darkness of night is a wonderful experience, and really good fun with running friends. This is a social run, so do not expect to be running any PBs tonight!

All paces and abilities welcome, as long as you can run comfortably and consistently for 40 minutes.

A GPX file for the route wi be posted here once it has been created, for those who would like to follow along.

Headtorch required! And trail shoes recommended!

Afterwards, we will enjoy some refreshments at the Bull and Gate pub.

Halloween costumes not required, but fully encouraged!
