We'll be at Hearing Help Essex tonight (at Moulsham Mill, by the Army & Navy) to give their garden a tidy. We'll be weeding the lawn, paths and flower beds so the space can continue to be enjoyed by their service users. Have the house martins nesting in the mill fledged yet? We shall see.
All tools will be provided, but feel free to bring gardening gloves if you have them.
Everyone is welcome at GoodGym, we run at chatty pace and no-one gets left behind.
Car parking, lockers and toilets are available at our meeting point. Please bring a padlock if you want to use a locker.
A quarter of a million people in Essex have some degree of hearing loss, nationally that amounts to one in six of the population. Hearing Help Essex exists to alleviate the isolation and loneliness that hearing loss can bring.

This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us by email at goodgymchelmsford@goodgym.org.
The total distance of this group run is 4km.
Remember that we will be running to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
