About this session

GoodGym Ealing has a long relationship with the amazing William Hobbayne Charity that supports Ealing residents who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress.

This time, we will help at the centre in Hanwell with various maintenance tasks.

  • outdoor tidy-up: weeding, sweeping, bagging green waste
  • moving bricks

๐Ÿ•‘ When? ๐Ÿ“ Where?

  • Join us at Bodyline Studios at 18:45 for a 3km run

OR

  • Meet at the William Hobbayne Centre (Google Maps) at 19:10

๐Ÿงค What to bring:

  • Gloves - the gardening kind if you have them!
  • Only bring what you can run with - there will NOT be a bag drop at the start

The William Hobbayne Charity supports a variety of different projects around the Hanwell area. The tasks we can do for them vary depending on the needs across these projects.

What to look out for

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.

This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Kash by email at kash@goodgym.org.

The total distance of this group run is 3km.

Remember that we will be running to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.

There's space to change and leave bags and toilets. We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk.
