Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.
This is a GoodGym group run, with the option of walking too. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run or walk to the task together. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Paul Salman by email at pauls@goodgym.org.
Options are available to run between 2km and 4km in total.
Remember that we will be running or walking to and from the task, so you'll only be running or walking for half this distance in one go.
Poet, climber, gardener, environmental campaigner, teacher, editor - not necessarily - but usually - in that order.
Comments are a good place to ask any questions you may have about the session.
