About this session

We're heading to Penge Congregational Church where the team there are gradually turning the church into a hub for the creative arts. They've got plans for artists workshops, music studios and community spaces, but first need a big clear out.

We'll be lifting and shifting things - It'll be a good workout and a chance to get involved with the start of an exciting local project.

Meet us downstairs at the Bridge House for 7pm departure time, or if you don't fancy the run, join us outside the front of the church at 7:15pm.

If you're new to running or GoodGym, this event is perfect for you. It's a really short jog (1km) and we always have a back marker so no one gets left behind.

Any questions, ping Mark an email.

What to look out for

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.

This is a GoodGym group run, with the option of walking too. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run or walk to the task together. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us by email at crystalpalace@goodgym.org.

The total distance of this group run is 1km.

Remember that we will be running or walking to and from the task, so you'll only be running or walking for half this distance in one go.
