About this session

We are going to be doing a our Fifth Walk Together session.

The focus of this is session is to provide an opportunity for people to come together and socialise all while going for a walk. This is going to be ran in conjunction with Ramblers who organise a range of Wellbeing Walks in the area.

We will meet at 6:15pm at the Basingstoke Sports & Social Club do a nice walk and then finish back at the social club where we can have some food or drinks.

You can see the details for the planned walk here https://maps.app.goo.gl/rTR5raYmVNqPAeqJ8?g_st=ac but this can be adjusted depending on how the day is going.

Please make sure to dress for the weather

What to look out for

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.

This is a GoodGym group run, with the option of walking too. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run or walk to the task together. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Daniel by email at danielb@goodgym.org.

Options are available to run between 5km and 8km in total.

Remember that we will be running or walking to and from the task, so you'll only be running or walking for half this distance in one go.
