East London Foundation Trust have asked us to help Ms D with he back garden. She has advised that she is unsure of the exact size of her garden, as she is unable to measure it, but says it is long. GoodGym have assisted her in the past.
The area currently has weeds and large brambles that require trimming. She has some gardening tools available but does not have shears. If given enough notice of the visit, she can arrange to borrow these.
She described the front garden as approximately the size of a two-car space. There are no known hazards. The garden can be accessed from the front. She has two small dogs. One is a rescue dog that is fearful of people, however, she is able to secure the dogs away during the visit if necessary.
She confirmed that she will arrange for the council to collect any garden waste once the work has been completed.
GoodGym has listed this mission for one or two GoodGymers. Two GoodGymers can attend together, but the mission will still go ahead with just one if only one person signs up by the deadline. If you would prefer not to attend this task on your own, please email missioncontrol@goodgym.org as soon as possible. We will then make sure the task isn’t confirmed unless a second GoodGymer is also available to join you.
Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.
This mission was from a referrer who states that they knowMs D's behaviour and environment enough to say that they do not pose a risk to you.
No mission is ever completely safe; to make sure you are safe, please ensure you are confident in your missions training. It is possible that Ms D's situation may have changed or that the referrer has not identified every potential risk.
By signing up to this mission, you agree for GoodGym to share your email address with other runners signed up to the mission.
