This morning, I started off my day with a nice downhill run to help Mrs R who is shielding at home at the moment.

I picked up her prescription and dropped it off nice and quickly. She was very grateful, and was quite insistent I tell my mother what a lovely boy she's raised (though I'm not sure I'll do that), and then I headed off - sadly uphill!
