In the early morning the rain I decided that wellies were the footwear for today's task, and for that reason I had to swap the customary run to the task with a bus ride and a brisk walk. But never fear, if Sam from Luton Borough Parks is out on a Monday morning then the sun seems to follow, hence blue skies and a strong breeze.
