Ms Y has mobility issue and she is not able to get out to do her own shopping. I was able to offer my time and got to Ms Y's local shop for the essentials that she wanted. Ms Y made a neat and clear list, I was able to get most of the products except the unsalted crisps, which was not available in the shop. I also got some stamps for Ms Y at her request. Ms Y was amazed how quickly I returned with the shopping. She asked if she could have me again next time for her shopping. I said Goodgym has many volunteers who would be able to offer the help but I would try to come again to support her soon.
