Apparently it's February, although you'd be forgiven to think we'd skipped a few months. Hard to resist a trip along the towpath and evidently a lot of other people have thought the same but left their litter behind, so it was time to combine a towpath stroll with a bit of litter picking.

With some stops along the way to admire the river in the sun and stumble across lots of leftover plastic bottles, the bag filled up quickly and was soon full. Now time for a sunny run!
