Arrived a few minutes earlier but it was useful as Ms F was having problem with her Virgin Media wifi (last visit was her printer), I did the tests while she tried to charge her iPhone for the Waitrose coupon. WiFi connection showed about 5 people in the immediate area were using VM so I know it might be a reset issue, did that and waited… phoooffff there it was. She was of course thrilled and VM was telling her they can send people over and charge her a lot of money to take a look. She went through her shopping list and off I went to Tesco and Waitrose. Relatively straightaway and Ms F got all she wanted on the list except the voucher exchange. I said at least her Internet is working now…. You can’t always have everything you want in life!
