Fortunately Ms B had found a friendly workman to fix her loose door handle, so her only request when I arrived this afternoon was to turn her mattress - this one had handles (unlike one we'd removed from her flat a while back...), so after a deep breath, it was just a case of lift, twist, rotate and land all in (nearly) one movement.
