A slow run down to the seafront on aching hips - not sure my body has forgiven me for Miles For Mind!
The Canoe Lake Splash Park, despite being closed, was so full of litter I filled half a festival bin in about 40 minutes.
Most interesting find was probably a water gun, or an excess of Nerf gun bullets. And in true GG Portsmouth style, I also found two socks - confusingly not a pair!!
