Mr D has been in hospital for a few months, but was suddenly given the good news that he was able to come home. Which meant that Mrs D needed some help moving a desk and a filing cabinet to get a hospital bed and equipment into his room.

So this heavyweight duo of GoodGymers got to work binding and stacking the contents of the filing cabinet - all sorted into manila folders. Round Two involved moving the cabinet carefully into the bedroom next door where it would stay until her son could come round and take it to their local charity shop.

Soon we were wishing Mrs D farewell, and all the best for Mr D’s welcome return home.
