We went on a short post-Parkrun jog down to The Moor, a park by the River Lea, where some willows needed their stakes and guards removed to be reused at a different tree planting project elsewhere.

It took a bit of pruning, jimmying, tugging and pulling to free all the guards and stakes but we got there in the end.
