It was indeed an upward journey from The Showroom this eve, but we got there.
An excellent effort from Monika who had already done a gym class during the day and to Amelia who in her own words normally only runs when she's late for something!
We met Adrian at the task location. Adrian was already hard at work when we arrived, he must have saw us coming as he was cutting down some planter to size.
After saying hello to Helen and co and being offered biscuits we got to work with various tasks including:
Although it was dark and we couldn't see all the grounds it was great to contribute to this space which has so much love put into it for the children and the surrounding community. We'll be back!
We grow food for our families as well teaching children and parents the importance of growing and how it helps physically and helps our contribution to sustainable living.
