It was a bumper for milestones this eve with our caped crusader Chris on his 100th good deed and Amazing Annie hitting her 50th!

*Congrats and thanks to both! *

This week we were back off to help Sensational Simon with the upkeep of the National Cycle Network.

We arrived to the sight of movie style lighting which Simon had purchased to shed light on our task which will really come in handy for the winter in addition to our own.

We got a brief from Simon and got straight to work;

  • Clearing Landfill
  • Litter picking
  • Sweeping the path

After a good 20min the hilly section we were working on was in tip top shape with the path clear and widened and ready for future users and commuters, a top job!

After downing tools and thanking Simon we headed for home via a few exercises along route which this week inc;

  • Wall sits
  • Mountain climbers
  • Stair Sets

After stretching off and hearing the latest news we headed in for chat, food and drinks.

Until next time, happy running :)
