Ms L's request for help gave me the opportunity to go again for one of my favourites running routes in town Mile End Park to Angel-Islington along the canals. Easy mission @ Old Street Sainsbury's helped by shop assistants and then dropping the food with Ms L. She's being grateful and I make my way back this time cycling along the canals. Great route!
