Helen took part in another afternoon of volunteering at the Ladywood Food Hub. She went inside to help sort food into parcels for delivery. Today there was plenty of food to sort, including root vegetables - potatoes, parsnips, swede, beetroot. There were lots of volunteers at the start but only Helen for the last hour. So well done for keeping the show on the road.
