This afternoon I went to see Ms W. She knows me well by now and was glad to have company. We caught up on her news and my news over coffee and cake. Shop bought cake this time... I had hoped I could save her something from this morning's Parkrun GoodGym Bake Off competition and how wrong I was!... 😌 There was nothing left by the time we'd finished volunteering. Those hungry park runners had polished everything off! Nevermind, we had a lovely time anyway. Before leaving, I asked Ms W what she would like me to bring next time... She wants the recipe for the Red Velvet cake! 🎂😀
