My second time shopping for Mr G today, having been his first GoodGym helper a few weeks ago. He provides a set of labels making it easy to spot his favourite brands in the supermarket and I remembered where some of the trickier items are located from the previous visit - so I managed to get everything he was after from both Sainsbury’s and Waitrose.

After the celeb-spotting excitement on last night’s Hounslow group run, I was pleased to tick off a longstanding member of my “wish list” outside the supermarket - this time a TV and radio presenter who I first remember seeing as a BBC newsreader in the 1980s…
