After my first Mission in Hackney this morning it was a run to Camden to do some shopping for the lovely Ms J.
It felt so good to run the distance without the injury affecting me and so i’m hopeful that it’s behind me now!
It was great to catch up with Ms J and she was really grateful for the help 😊
It feels great to reach a milestone and long may this continue!
