This mornings junior park run was a very special one. Our very own James was making his run director debut. 🎉

James’s passion and enthusiasm for running and his all round motivation was on show today as he took on the role.

Wayne, Anne, Katie, Adam & Sumah as well as No Sweat Runner Rich were there to support James with various roles around the 2k course to encourage the runners as they go round. 👏🏽

James had completed a vigorous training program which had enabled him to carry out todays role and he did fantastically well, from organising the marshals to the giving his first ever briefing to all the runners and their parents.

No doubt this will be first of many run director role for James as he Is a well loved and thought of member of GG as well as the whole park run family…👌🏾

80 runners completed the 2k course with many PB’s and some amazing running on show.
