3 GoodGymer's (Liam, Ryan and I) volunteered today at Cancer Research's Race for Life at Cannon Hill Park.

It was an absolutely fantastic event to be able to help out at and it was really inspiring and emotive to see the roughly 550 entrants partake and complete the event and, in doing so, raise much needed funds for Cancer Research whilst remembering those that have sadly lost their lives to cancer.

Liam and Ryan were marshals out on the course and did a fantastic job cheering on all of the entrants as they went round the double lap course, whilst I was also cheering entrants on as they completed their first laps. Once the event was finished, we all also helped to clear up some of the signs out on the course.

We all enjoyed ourselves and will hopefully get involved in other Cancer Research events :)
