This was a great opportunity for (prescription) run. It sprung up today and give me just the motivation I needed for my (prescription) run.
After work (from home), I put on my shoes and went for the run. Run was scenic, picked up the prescription from the pharmacy, delivered it to a very thankful Ms. M and ran back along the canal for the end of a lovely day.
