I took the scenic route across Hampstead Heath to the pharmacy, collected Ms H’s medicines without any trouble (didn’t even have to queue!) then ran to deliver them. I ran most of the way home, walking just the last mile or so - feel like i’m finally building up a bit of fitness again, even if i am a bit red faced in this pic!
