Today's mission was to a take food parcel to Mr R.

Mr R requested some fresh fruit and veg as well as some household items which the food bank at the Selby Centre were more than happy to provide.

On the way I met fellow Goodgymmer Nurjahan who was doing her own parcel delivery of another type.
