We got there to see a grateful Ms D and her two very excitable pups who were both waiting for us and happy to recognise out faces/scents.

A short while into the walk it was clear that old Bella with her age, arthritis, and masses of fur was not feeling it because of the heat, so Ms D drove round the corner to give her a lift back. Morris was still happy for us to pug GoodGym (get it) with our logoed t-shirts, so a short walk and a shady pugstop at the local tavern to cool down were on the cards.
