Ashton joined Thames 21 volunteers to help maintain the Thames Road Wetland, a hidden haven for wildlife in SE London.

There was plenty to do, and Ashton put his energy into cutting back reeds and grasses to clear an overgrown path.

An ideal combination for GoodGym: time outdoors in nature and physical activity, while helping out in our local area.
