This was a community mission of two half's!
Thursday afternoon, Day Team with Patricia, Elizabeth and Christine took to the streets of Lower Parkstone whilst Friday evening, Ali, Esther and Robert tackled to houses around Whitecliff! Each team had an hour and 3 people and tackled it head on, with Friday nights team knocking up 4 miles each in an hour, benefitting from terraced houses and even took a sneaky visit to a fellow Goodgym members house!

We are set up to address the need for meaningful occupation in a supportive, non pressured but realistic working environment, for adults with severe and enduring mental illness, who we refer to as volunteers.
