Clad in my PPE I helped out a family in need of nappies, wipes and milk. Three generations live in the home and granny is a bit vulnerable health wise so they struggle to get out.

The photo is not me doing the task it is Cambridge Half marathon just on the cusp of lockdown...a memory of how social, uplifting and impressive running events are but also simply impossible to be socially distanced.
