On a wet and windy January evening the three muskateers went on a 4.4km adventure to seek out a local primary school to volunteer at.

We ran all through central london to get there and were greeted by lynnsey who gave us our task. We needed to clean and move a set of draws and clear some room for them in the shed! Even though there were only 3 of us we got the task done super quickly which left us time for a very tough legs and core workout before heading back to kings.
