Being trusted helping someone feel safe because they know someone is going to shop for them whilst being isolated. Mrs H likes to have a bit of a natter when I get the shopping list for the week. We set the world to rights as she gives me her list. Then when I drop them off we have a quick chat. Helping someone feel less isolated is lovely.
