Mayuko and I were met at Mrs P's by the lovely Red Cross employee who explained to us what needed doing. Various hefty-looking pieces of furniture needed moving from one room to another in order to make room for an hospital chairs in the front room and for the hospital bed in the bedroom upstairs. We quickly got to work and found out that luckily the pieces that needed moving were not as heavy as they looked, although they still needed quite a bit of maneuvering to get the through doors and corridors. In the end, we were quite happy with our result and we hope Mrs P can soon enjoy the comfort of her home and the company of her cat again.
